EXCEL MINDS Academic Group (EMAG) is now accepting entries from Secondary School Students, Jambites and Entry-Level Higher Institution Enthusiasts for the maiden edition of her Essay Contest.

EMAG is pleased to announce the topic of its essay challenge - BIRTHING THE EDUCATION WE WANT: ROLE OF GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS
According to United Nations(UN), one of the fundamental human right is EDUCATION. Education involves the acquisition of knowledge, values and skills in various aspect of human life. It helps to foster human freedom, empowerment and development.
Today, it is very unfortunate the educational system is plagued with countless number of problems which include; poor infrastructure, poor learning environment, inadequate/inconducive classrooms, lack/paucity of teaching aids/materials and quality teachers, as well as a politicised administrative system, thus giving room for corruption.
In a bid to have the educational sector witness significant and transformative change and development, the government and private institutions have big roles to play readjustment, reorientation and reformation of key elements in the sector, towards birthing the education we want.
Eligibility
• Applicants could be Secondary School Students, Jambites or Entry-Level Higher Institution Enthusiasts in Nigeria.

Essay Guidelines
• Applicants must be under the categories stated
• Essay entries must not be more than 1000 words
• Essays must be submitted using doc, docx or PDF format, with Times New Roman Font, size 12.
• Essays must be original and unpublished. Plagiarized entries will be rejected.
